This position is part of a newly funded NIH R01-funded clinical trial focused on reducing substance use risk among youth in foster care through the adaptation and implementation of a trauma-informed, evidence-based intervention to be delivered by Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs). The project is a collaborative effort between the University of Oregon, Iowa State University, and the CASA programs in Lane, Josephine, and Jackson counties in Oregon. |

Early Childhood Coach

| The person hired for this position will provide in-person coaching including on-site visits with Early Childhood teachers in the implementation of an early childhood curriculum, Early Learning Matters (ELM). You will attend and lead professional learning workshops with the teachers, utilizing a practice-based coaching model and the ELM curriculum to promote teachers’ accurate implementation of the curriculum. |
