These counselors are responsible for representing the UO to multiple constituencies, developing recruiting initiatives, planning recruitment events and visits, and reviewing applications. Additionally, this position is a front-line service provider with primary responsibility for student admission counseling, recruitment travel, and management of the assigned geographic areas. |

| As the AVP/University Registrar provide visionary leadership for the Office of the Registrar and the University Testing Center, overseeing a team of approximately 35 staff and a budget of $3.6 million. You will lead initiatives to streamline academic policies, enhance degree audit and progress-to-degree tools, and ensure that registration, transfer credit, and academic record systems are optimized to support student momentum. A central focus of this role is to advance institutional efforts to improve timely graduation and reduce systemic barriers to student progress.
