(Current internal applicants only) Reporting to the Associate Vice President and Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships, this position has significant administrative responsibility. It assists the Director in managing the office and its operations and supervises staff. It assists with formulating, interpreting, and implementing policy. It ensures compliance with federal, state, and institutional requirements. This individual also supervises and works closely with the Associate Director of Operations and the Associate Director for Scholarships, and the Associate Director of Advising to ensure that financial aid systems, processes, policies and procedures comply with federal, state, institutional and foundation regulations and policies. Also, to ensure that the office is best prepared and staffed to meet student service demands. Also occasionally represents the director at meetings and on committees that impact university compliance with federal regulations.
