The Assistant Director hires, trains, schedules, supervises, evaluates, and disciplines a staff of approximately 18 student workers, providing strong leadership and hands-on mentorship to deliver exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training schedules, ensuring proper event staffing, and maintaining accountability and professionalism among student employees.

The Autzen Complex Laborer 2 position works in the Athletic Facilities unit at the Autzen Complex. They are primarily responsible for the oversight of the shipping and receiving operations for the Autzen Complex. In this capacity, they are accepting deliveries from many different entities, tracking arrivals, contacting recipients, delivering packages throughout the complex, and assisting athletic department employees in shipping packages and materials off-site.

The Football Senior Sports Dietitian is responsible for the leadership and development of Sports Nutrition for the University of Oregon football program. Primary objectives include the development of processes and procedures, mentorship of staff, innovation of systems, and setting the standard for service within the sports nutrition department.
