| The UO Libraries is hiring a customer-first, tech-confident Access Services Assistant to join our Access Services team. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact at public service desks—welcoming patrons, answering questions, and helping people navigate library spaces, services, and resources. You’ll also support day-to-day access services work, including circulation and reserves processes, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate records in library systems. We’re looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and committed to creating an inclusive, supportive experience for every visitor.
