This position supports the CSI by ensuring smooth operations through purchasing, budgeting, and reconciling accounts; helping to develop policies and procedures; scheduling meetings; contract preparation, processing and advisement; aiding in event programming; making travel arrangements; conducting minor office maintenance and facilitating oversite of hourly student timesheets. As the primary purchaser, position works with many students, staff and faculty on campus making it a dynamic position. |
