Position Summary

The Assistant Director of Promotions & Gameday Experience assists the Director of Marketing & Fan Experience with all areas of marketing for the purposes of revenue generation, growing the Oregon fan base, and producing in-venue fan experience. This position assists with the recruitment and oversight of the undergraduate Internship program.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two years of experience working in an athletic department or for a professional sports team in the areas of marketing, promotions, or game presentation.

Professional Competencies

• Creative and detail-oriented, with a relationship-building mindset.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to connect with fans, coaches, and administrators.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience being a primary producer of game presentations for one or more revenue-producing sports.
• Managerial experience.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Shoflo.
