Concessions Event Manager Eugene, OR
The Concessions Event Manager oversees and manages the day-to-day food and beverage operations of assigned University of Oregon Athletic Department sporting events, including pre-event set-up, working event, and post-event breakdown. This position will hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate up to 80 temporary part-time and student employees in order to meet customer service demands and ensure successful staffing of events. This position will also train, schedule, and supervise 40 non-profit volunteer groups (up to 50 per group) to staff concession stands during all University of Oregon home contests and outside events. This work requires the Concessions Event Manager to be available outside of “normal business hours” on nights and weekends to perform responsibilities.
