Department Summary
The University of Oregon Intercollegiate Athletic Department's primary purpose is to provide a unique opportunity for student-athletes to be developed, tested, and encouraged to reach their maximum potential in every aspect of their lives. Position Summary
The Director of Baseball Operations is responsible for the comprehensive coordination and execution of all administrative, operational, and logistical functions of the Oregon Baseball program. This position works closely with the coaching staff, student-athletes, athletic department personnel, and external stakeholders to ensure the program operates efficiently, remains compliant with NCAA regulations, and is positioned for competitive and academic success.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Two years of college and/or professional athletics experience.
• One year’s experience in athletic program operations.
• Understanding of athletic sport operations including roster management and sport administration at the Division I level.

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work effectively with faculty, staff and students from a variety of diverse backgrounds.
• Solid administrative skills and the ability to motivate staff and volunteers to achieve administrative goals.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and interpretations.
• Highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to work hard in an intensely goal-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree.
• Three years of experience in baseball, ideally both on-field playing or coaching experience.
• One year of athletic program operations at the Division I Level collegiate program.
