| The Ballmer Institute for Children's Behavioral Health is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Clinical Training Program Coordinator to oversee the daily administration and operations of our clinical training, field placement, and professional learning programs. This dynamic, in-person position serves as a key liaison among students, faculty, clinical supervisors, and community partners while managing field placements, compliance processes, clinic operations, and program initiatives that support student success and high-quality clinical training. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, exercise sound independent judgment, and be committed to continuous process improvement and exceptional service. This position is based on campus, with evening hours expected during Winter and Spring terms (typically two evenings per week until approximately 6:00–6:30 p.m.) to support program and clinic operations. |
